The family winery is located in Jouy-les-Reims, a charming small village, classified as Premier Cru in the heart of la Montagne de Reims.
The history of the family begins in the 50s, when Charles and Renée Cossy, as passionate wine growers, decided to sale their wines. To meet demand more and more important, production quantities had to grow, which brought many more customers. Their good knowledge of the soil allowed them to create the gustatory identity which is the image of the Champagne Cossy.
Charles and Renée Cossy transmitted their know-how and their passion for the work of the land to Francis, their child, and his wife, Geneviève Cossy. After their parents, they cultivated the art of the vine respecting traditions to satisfy a clientele more and more faithful.
Today, the winery is managed by Geneviève, the mother, and Sophie, the daughter. The philosophy of the House is still in compliance with the values acquired from past and, at the same time, is turning towards the future. Work, rigour, environment and quality, are the keywords that govern our daily work.
